Purpose of the Role
• To administer trade stand bookings for the Royal Cornwall Show, ensuring maximum space utilisation and income for the Association.
• Deliver excellent customer service through regular correspondence with exhibitors, keeping the database up to date, and liaising with exhibitors on site during the show period.
• Respond to enquiries as received in a timely and accurate manner.
Key Responsibilities
• Ongoing development of the exhibitor database
• Ongoing updates to potential exhibitor database
• Mailshots to existing and potential exhibitors, including application packs and ticket packs etc.
• Help with allocation of trade stands, including moves and changes to stand sites and sizes
• Chasing provision of Risk Assessment, Insurance, and any other documents.
• Oversee Countryside area and other Demonstrations.
• Liaise with Showground team to provide Furniture and other aspects.
• Liaison with Finance regarding the invoicing of trade stands
• Liaison with Marketing regarding trade stand listings in Show catalogue
• Liaison with Membership regarding trade membership
• Proof Reading.
• Responding to telephone queries
• Generate ideas and solutions to maximise opportunities and revenues.
