Scott Young and his team at Concierge Catering will once again be providing a wide range of catering facilities for members with a strong focus on Cornish food and drink with a unique style.
Start your day off with Breakfast – available from 7:15am to 9:30am daily. Try a traditional or continental Cornish breakfast, or perhaps a simple breakfast bap.
This year options include:
Food Court - An exciting area offering great dining experiences from 11:30am daily. Whether you pop in once, or come back on all three days, you will always find a fantastic choice of food. Local Cornish produce is at the heart of all the menus.
Cornish Seafood – Back by popular demand – Cornish Seafood Chowder with Freshly baked bread. Also check out the Seafood Picnic Hamper, which includes King Prawns, Mevagissey Crab & Smoked Mackerel.
Butchers’ Hamper – Cornish farm house pate, sliced honey roasted ham, roast beef, served with rosemary & sea salt focaccia and salad.
Ploughman’s Lunch – Pork pie, Davidstow Cheese, sliced honey roasted ham, served with rosemary & sea salt focaccia, chutney, apple and pickled onions.
Buddha Salad Bowl (vg) – World inspired vegan salads combined into one bowl, served with vegan bread and balsamic olive oil.
Cornish Burger – 6oz fresh ground steak cooked medium, topped with crispy pancetta, cheese, tomato, onion, lettuce and pickle, all served in a giant floured bap.
Vegan Burger – Plant based burger, served with lettuce, tomatoes, onions and pickles in a vegan bun.
The Members’ Bar will offer a wide selection of drinks including locally brewed beers, lagers and ciders, or why not try a cold glass of Camel Valley Sparkling or a refreshing Pimms?
Plus, on offer within the Marquee and the Pavilion Centre Lounge, will be a wide selection of teas, coffee, and soft drinks. As well as mouth-watering sandwiches, cakes, pasties, and pastries, along with delicious Cornish Cream teas.
The Members’ Restaurant
This area provides fine dining three course lunches with a Cornish flare, on the first two days of the Show, from 12pm noon onwards. Advance booking is highly recommended, and this area is also available for hire for private functions.
Cornish Tasting Platter – Tregassow Farm topped asparagus, topped with Roddas butter hollandaise, locally smoked haddock, salmon and king prawn croquette on lizard leaf, Keith Wickett Chicken breast in a Coronation style.
Cornish Carvery – Local aged sirloin, served with duck fat potatoes, Yorkshire pudding, glazed carrots, marrow bone, and a port wine jus.
Vegetarian and Vegan, and other dietary options can be catered for on request

Strawberries & Cream – Cornish summer strawberries with Roddas clotted cream.
