Once again for 2017, Scott Young and his team at Concierge Catering will be providing a wide range of catering facilities for members with a strong focus on Cornish food and drink with a unique style.
Start your day at the show with Breakfast - available from 8.00 to 10.00 am. Try a full Cornish or Continental Breakfast or perhaps just a bacon / egg bap.
Food Court - An exciting area offering great dining experiences from 11.45 am daily. Whether you come to eat just once, or for all three days, you will find fantastic choice. Local Cornish produce, with a unique twist, is at the
heart of all menus.
Hubbox Burger & Dog Stall – Handmade burgers from 28 day aged rare breed mince, locally supplied in a toasted glazed bun. 2015 National Burger Award winner.
Cornish Seafood Stall - Our famous Newlyn sourced fisherman’s seafood chowder with crusty bread & Rodda’s butter. Other delicious mixed seafood platters available.
Asian Bar – Enjoy an authentic and delicious selection of curry dishes.
Dessert & Cornish Cheese Bar – Deliciously tempting!
The Members’ Bar will offer a wide selection of drinks including locally brewed beers, lagers and ciders, or why not try a glass of iced Camel Valley Sparkling or a refreshing Pimms? New for 2017 – one not try one of our cocktails made with locally made spirits?
Plus, on offer within the Marquee and the Pavilion Centre Lounge, will be a selection of teas, coffees and soft drinks and mouth-watering sandwiches, cakes, pasties and pastries plus delicious Cornish cream teas.
Members' Restaurant - This area provides fine dining three course lunches with a Cornish flavour on the first two days of the show from 12.00 noon onwards. Advance booking is highly recommended and this area is also available for hire for private functions.

Smoked Salmon Plate
Traditional smoked salmon fillet served with capers, pickled red onion spaghetti, micro-pea shoots and watercress with a lemon cider vinegar dressing.
A duo of handmade pates
Rustic Brittany inspired smoked pancetta and lambs liver pate and silky smooth port scented chicken liver parfait with caramelised red onion marmalade and rosemary focaccia.

Medium Rare Aged Sirloin with herb Yorkshire pudding
Plump Loin of Cornish Pork with sea salt crackling

All served with: Goose fat roasted potatoes scented with rosemary, thyme and garlic, honey carrots and roasted parsnips, selection of green vegetables and Cornish Mead red cabbage compote, accompanied by a port wine jus.
