It began with a handful of morris sides performing informally around the showground.
Today it features around 300 performers demonstrating all manner of mainly traditional dance.
From Salsa and belly dancing to Cornish and Appalcian – and many other styles in between.
Over the years there has been tremendous support from Ginsters, Skinner’s of Truro, Cornwall College, the Royal Cornwall Show and many committed individuals.
Thanks to them, the festival has given lots of people lots of pleasure.

On the Saturday of the show three is an additional element. Three morris sides perform at different locations around the showground.
