Her Royal Highness The Princess Royal visited the show a sunny opening day.
She completed a busy programme of engagements, covering many different aspects of the show.
The princess also attended the annual general meeting of the Royal Agricultural Society of the Commonwealth, of which she is president.
The meeting was hosted by the RCAA. This was the princess’s fourth visit to the show and she was here long into the afternoon.
